“Wait at least one hour after you wake up before reaching for your phone or going online, and stop at least one hour before bedtime. Give yourself a chance to plan and visualize your day without the distraction of the Internet, and give your brain a rest before bedtime to promote a better night’s sleep. If you’re up to it, block out one hour during the workday as an Internet-free zone as well.
